Rare Earth Farms is a local family-farm operation located in Wake and Franklin Counties. We raise all natural Animal Welfare Approved Certified grass-fed beef. Our customers have come to appreciate the high quality and superior nutritional value that our AWA Certified grass-fed beef offers over feed lot beef.
While we sell all cuts of our beef year-round at the State Farmer’s Markets, select restaurants and summer farmer’s markets, we thought it only natural that we launch a food truck to better serve all those craving the natural goodness of a certified grass-fed burger. Thus, Rare Earth Farms Food Truck, serving all natural grass-fed burgers and hand-cut fries was born.
As an extension of our farm, it is very important to us that our food truck represent the same high standards of quality that Rare Earth Farms has come to be known for. Chef Justin Livesey supervises all facets of the food truck, from start to finish to assure the high quality and presentation that our customers have come to expect and deserve from Rare Earth Farms.
We raise and provide our food truck with the highest quality AWA beef in the market and source produce and other ingredients from our neighboring farms as much as possible. Most of our sauces and condiments are house-made by Chef Livesey and his staff.
Our goal is to give our customers a Gourmet Burger of the highest quality possible. We are The Farm With a Food Truck.
