Baozi Food Truck is a mobile kitchen that specializes in Northern Chinese fusion food producing different steamed buns called baozi or bao.

The chef David Perazzo is a passionate chef who prides himself in using local quality ingredients in his food. His fiance Ann Wagner works alongside the chef in this small family owned and operated business. Baozi is now serving quality healthy food in our food truck to Raleigh-Durham and surrounding areas.
